Comfortable, easy-to-move-in clothing. A leotard, fitted tee, or athletic wear is perfect.
Bare feet are recommended for safety and grip.
Avoid: skirts, jeans, jewelry, and anything loose that could get caught. -

Our coaches are experienced with children of all personalities — shy, cautious, bold, busy, or spirited. Your child can participate at their own pace, and we’ll help gently guide them through the routine. -
Yes! As long as there’s space in the class, you can join at any time. Toddlers adapt quickly, and our weekly structure makes it easy to jump in.

This is completely developmentally normal. Our coaches will help your child navigate the class at a pace that feels comfortable for them.

We use soft mats, low equipment, age-appropriate stations, and hands-on parent support. Coaches model safe spotting techniques and guide you through how to help your toddler climb, balance, and explore safely.
