A Fun Warm-Up

Class begins with simple stretching, movement, and music to help children settle in, get their bodies moving, and prepare for the activities ahead.

PRESCHOOL
FAQ

  • Comfortable, easy-to-move-in clothing. A leotard, fitted tee, or athletic wear is perfect.


    Bare feet are recommended for safety and grip.


    Avoid: skirts, jeans, jewelry, and anything loose that could get caught.

  • Totally normal at this age.


    Our coaches are experienced with children of all personalities — shy, cautious, bold, busy, or spirited. Your child can participate at their own pace, and we’ll help gently guide them through the routine.

  • Yes! As long as there’s space in the class, you can join at any time. Toddlers adapt quickly, and our weekly structure makes it easy to jump in.

  • This is completely developmentally normal. Our coaches will help your child navigate the class at a pace that feels comfortable for them.

  • We use soft mats, low equipment, age-appropriate stations, and hands-on parent support. Coaches model safe spotting techniques and guide you through how to help your toddler climb, balance, and explore safely.
