At Massachusetts Elite Gymnastics Academy (MEGA), we’re always looking for energetic, dedicated, and positive leaders who want to help young athletes grow. Our gym thrives on community, encouragement, and a commitment to helping every child develop confidence, strength, and a love for movement.

We believe in teaching with purpose, celebrating progress, and creating an environment where athletes and staff feel supported. If you love working with kids, value teamwork, and want to be part of a growing program, we’d love to hear from you.

    Recreational Coaches

    Ideal candidate should have the following qualities:

    *Enjoy working with kids of all ages and abilities
    *Be enthusiastic and self motivated
    *Have a strong work ethic
    *Be able to work well with other Team Members
    *Be available to work evenings and weekends
    *Previous gymnastics experience is preferred

    Compensation is based on experience and position.


    Part-time positions are available, with the potential to build to full-time.

  • Team Coaches

    We are seeking enthusiastic, reliable, and positive coaches to join our growing team. We are looking for individuals who love working with children and enjoy helping athletes build confidence, strength, and lifelong skills through movement.

    This position is ideal for former gymnasts, dancers, athletes, educators, or anyone with experience teaching children in an active, fast-paced environment.
