MEGA’S
BOYS REC
PROGRAM

Boys Recreational Gymnastics is a high-energy, skill-building class designed for boys who love to move, climb, swing, and challenge themselves.

Many of our competitive team athletes begin right here in the recreational gymnastics program, building strong foundations before advancing to higher levels — but it’s equally perfect for boys who simply want a fun weekly activity or extra athletic training to support other sports.

Through structured progressions on floor, vault, rings, parallel bars, pommel horse, and high bar, boys develop balance, strength, coordination, confidence, and discipline in a supportive, upbeat environment.

WHO THIS
CLASS IS FOR

Boys recreational gymnastics is perfect for athletes who want to build strength, coordination, and body control in a fun, structured environment. This class welcomes beginners through intermediate gymnasts and is ideal for boys who enjoy movement, love learning new skills, and thrive with positive coaching and event-based progressions — without the commitment of competitive team training.

WHAT TO
EXPECT

Boys work through dynamic warm-ups, event stations, and age-appropriate conditioning to develop real gymnastics foundations. Each class includes hands-on instruction, progressions, and purposeful drills designed to keep high-energy athletes engaged.

Athletes rotate through floor, vault, rings, parallel bars, high bar, and pommel-based stations, building strength, agility, and confidence each week. Coaches introduce new skills and challenges regularly so athletes stay motivated and see steady growth over time.
