Our Classes

A playful, movement-based class designed for toddlers and their caregivers. Toddlers explore basic gymnastics movements—climbing, rolling, balancing, and jumping—while building coordination, confidence, and comfort in the gym, all with a parent by their side.

Ages walking–3 years

Preschool gymnastics introduces young athletes to fundamental movement skills through structured, age-appropriate activities. Classes focus on balance, strength, coordination, listening skills, and confidence, while keeping learning fun and engaging.

Ages ~3–5

Girls recreational gymnastics builds strong foundations across vault, bars, beam, and floor. Athletes learn proper technique, body control, and strength through progressive skill development in a positive, supportive training environment.

Boys recreational gymnastics focuses on strength, coordination, and skill development across all men’s events, including floor, rings, pommel horse, vault, parallel bars, and high bar. Classes emphasize confidence, discipline, and athletic development through structured progressions.

Ages ~5+ | Beginner to Intermediate

Adult gymnastics offers a supportive environment for beginners, former gymnasts, and fitness-focused adults. Classes focus on strength, mobility, flexibility, and skill development, with progressions tailored to individual experience and goals. No prior gymnastics experience required.
